Logline: Falling from his home to the bottom of the mariana trench, a singular krill must best colossal deep sea creatures in combat, in order to make it back to his home to his Krill Family.
Description: One in a Krillion will follow a Krill and his trusty tripod fish steed as he journeys back home to his family, after falling from shallow waters to the deepest depths of the ocean.
There he must fight the gargantuan (in comparison to his krill size) monsters of the depth inspired from real world animals: Japanese Spider Crabs, Anglerfish, Jellyfish, Dragonfish, Isopods, Sharks, and more. With a tone similar to Gennedy Tartakovsky’s Primal, as well as the video game “Shadow of the Colossus”, the piece would focus on the stress to survive, and how the krill braves the conditions of the deeps as well as the monsters, with little to no dialouge.
What and who will he meet in the deep sea? Will he survive, and make it back home? And if he does, will his family still be waiting for him?
