Not too long ago, Flow wasn’t even a real thing.
It was just something we kept talking about. An idea that kept coming up in conversations, late nights, random moments where we’d say, “what if we actually did this?”
None of us had everything figured out. We didn’t have a full pipeline, a full team, or some perfect plan sitting ready. But we all had the same feeling that we wanted to try and build something of our own.
We grew up loving animation. Not just watching it, but really connecting with it. The kind of films that stay with you and make you want to create something yourself one day.
At some point we realized… if we keep waiting for the “right time,” we’re probably never going to start.
So we just did.
The beginning was messy. We were learning everything as we went, figuring out how to run a studio while actually doing the work at the same time. Taking on projects, solving problems we had no experience with, and just trying to make things work.
And honestly, it still feels like that sometimes.
There are definitely moments where it would be easier to take shortcuts, especially with how fast everything is changing right now. But we keep coming back to the same mindset.
If we’re going to do this, we want to actually make it.
We want to build things with intention, take the time to do it right, and create work that feels real to us.
Somehow, that idea turned into something real.
Flow isn’t just something we talk about anymore. It’s a team, it’s projects, it’s all the small wins and all the problems we’re still figuring out together.
And one of the coolest parts is that it’s starting to become a place where we can create opportunities not just for ourselves, but for other artists too.
We’re still early. Still building everything. Still learning every day.
But Flow exists now.
And we just want to see how far we can take it.
